Vincent Wee – Managing Director, CEO
Vincent is the CEO of Carlton Capital Partners and has nearly 40 years of banking experience in wealth management and investment banking. During the tenure of his career, he held senior regional management roles at Citibank, Credit Suisse, Bank of America, UBS, and Deutsche Bank. His work has taken him to positions in the US, Switzerland, Hong Kong, and now Singapore, where he has been based since 1997. Prior to his banking career, Vincent had worked for Accenture in Asia. He was involved in a technology startup company in the US and Asia. He was educated in Canada and the US, graduating from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1980.
Pengiran Haji Abdul Rahman Bin Pengiran Haji Abas - Senior Advisor
Pengiran Haji Abdul Rahman Bin Pengiran Haji Abas came from a prominent Bruneian family. He studied Mechanical Engineering and Management studies with INSEAD. Among his various business activities, he has held the positions of the Chairman of SKBB Holdings, Chairman of Butra Heidelberg Cement in Brunei. He has held key roles for Brunei which included; the President of the Brunei National Chamber of Commerce & Industries, the Chairman of the Board for the Joint Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines governments’ East Asean Growth Area Business Council, the President of ASEAN Federation of Cement Manufacturers, the Consul of the Republic of Benin at Brunei. In his official and business roles for Brunei, he has developed and maintained good relationships with many of the prominent families in Asia, African and the Middle East countries. He was profiled in a book with the title; Added Value - Life Stories of the Leading South East Asian Business People by Peter Church.
